1. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Tipsport platform and all its services. "Tipsport", "we", and "us" refer to the operator of tipsport.im. "You" or "user" refers to any individual who uses this platform.

Registering, logging in, or using any service on Tipsport constitutes confirmation that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Rules

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one Tipsport account. Multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited. A single national ID number may only be linked to one account.

• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

2.2 KYC Verification

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Minimum Age to Use Tipsport 18 Years. Registration and use of any service is strictly prohibited for users under the age of 18.

• The user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• The platform may not be used from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Tipsport employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in certain promotions.

If there is any doubt about a user's age, Tipsport may request proof of age at any time and may temporarily suspend the account until verification is complete.

4. Payments & Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Tipsport supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Average processing time ranges from 5 minutes to 24 hours.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus balance, you must meet a specified wagering (betting turnover) requirement — typically 20 to 40 times the bonus amount. The exact multiplier is stated separately for each offer.

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• A deposit must be confirmed before any bonus is credited.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Rejection

In Live Betting, any bet that fails to confirm due to a lost internet connection or server issue will be void. If you do not see the bet confirmation screen, please check your balance.

• Official results data for match outcomes will be considered final.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If one leg of a multi-bet is cancelled, the odds will be recalculated.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the Tipsport platform or cause harm to other users is strictly prohibited.

• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or identities without fulfilling bonus requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Manipulation: Colluding with others to influence the outcome of events.
• Auto Betting: Placing bets automatically using bots or scripts.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the security of the platform.

Any of the above actions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.
